Hope Douds is a breath of fresh air in the country-pop music world. Authentically a true Southern belle, she channels the authenticity of Johnny Cash while celebrating the generosity and warmth of Dolly Parton. Singing her entire life, Hope’s passion was nurtured by her mother, who led worship and church choirs. Growing up in Georgia, Hope participated in choir, musical theater, and show choir, surrounded by cattle farms, suburbs, and the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. A classically trained vocalist, she pursued a degree in musical performance in college, honing the craft that now fuels her songwriting and vocal expression.

Not just a creator, Hope is a captivating live performer, having graced stages including Sonny’s Songsmith’s Takeover, Cabana Taps Tuna Bop, Nashville Tour Stop live with Eryn Cooper, The Bowery Vault, and Winners Nashville New In Town Special. Her single “Bloomin’” (July 26, 2024) marked what she calls “my debut comeback” and was featured on Tidal’s Chill Pop editorial playlist and the Academy of Country Music’s New Music Friday playlist and Holler’s Best New Country Songs.

Hope's last single 'Makes Sense' garnered critical acclaim in the country music world, with featured on Apple Music "Best New Country Song" & "Breaking Country" Editorial.
